Pregnancy Symptoms

Being pregnant is the one of greatest blessings for any women by God. Every woman is different. So are her experiences of pregnancy. Not every woman has the same symptoms or even the same symptoms from one pregnancy to the next. Also, because the early symptoms of pregnancy are often like what happens right before and during menstruation, those symptoms aren’t always recognized.

Understanding the signs and symptoms of pregnancy is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. You may experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. However, it is possible you may not experience any symptoms for a few weeks.

Symptoms/Signs of Pregnancy

Spotting

Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. This spotting is accompanied by cramping. This is caused by the egg burrowing into the endometrial lining. You might also see some spotting around the time you expect your period.

Missing Periods

A delayed or missed period is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. Symptoms/Signs of Pregnancy; When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. A missed period is the surest sign of pregnancy in a woman of childbearing age who usually has regular periods. Stress, diet or an irregular schedule can also be the reasons for having no periods.

Fatigue

Fatigue is often one of the first signs of pregnancy. Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception. In fact, fatigue is often one of the first signs of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, chances are you’ll start to feel less tired around week 12, when the placenta is fully formed.

Morning Sickness

This well known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. But as early as a couple of days following conception, you may begin feeling nauseated and queasy. For many, this nausea is not necessarily confined just to the morning – some feel it all day long.

Breast Changes

Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen. Symptoms/Signs of Pregnancy; Swollen or tender breasts are a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. If the skin around your nipples gets darker, you may have successfully conceived, though this may also signal a hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or be a leftover effect from a previous pregnancy.

Frequent Urination

Once the embryo implants and begins producing the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), you may find yourself going to the bathroom more often. Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.

Food Cravings

Pregnant bodies are working hard to grow that baby, and need about 300 extra calories a day. While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.

Headache and Backache

The frequency of migraine headaches can increase with pregnancy. Many women who get hormonal migraine headaches find they get more of them during especially early in pregnancy. Symptoms/Signs of Pregnancy; Back pain during pregnancy is a common complaint — and it’s no wonder. You’re gaining weight, your center of gravity changes and your hormones are relaxing the ligaments in your pelvis.

Conclusion

If you are experiencing these Symptoms/Signs of Pregnancy you can be pregnant. And these signs can be because of weakness or any other illness. So take a pregnancy test; sometimes home pregnancy test fails. So after testing confirm it from your doctor or physician. If you are pregnant take care of your all the things; especially your eating habits. Because what goes into your stomach affects your baby so eat healthy and have a healthy pregnancy.
